Went here for New Year's. Check in was good. Location is ok if you are going to the airport, however if you want to go the opposite direction it involves going out of the way. Just a minor inconvenience tho. Room was clean, but shows signs …

It is perfectly good mid range hotel. Very clean.Daily room service. Tasty breakfast includes sausage, eggs and make your own waffles. Beds comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful. It is very reasonably priced. No complaints.

The online review is 4 stars. I was wrong to believe it. There was an inexplicable smell when I first entered the room. The sheets and duvet covers were not clean. I was very disappointed. The only breakfast was good. I will not come back next time.

Good place for the price. Nice staff. Convenient parking and location to highway. Comfortable bed, good towels. Property a bit worn. Quiet. We stay here every time we are in Reno. Don’t expect fancy but adequate.

I have never stayed in a hotel room that did not hat a toilet paper holder. The roll was just sitting on the bath counter. The room as large and well furnished. The mattress was not my favorite, but OK

Convenient to the airport but needs better a/c maintenance. My room had an air conditioner that made a horrible noise sounding like an alarm clock every time it turned on every few minutes. Front desk said checking in that it was the last double queen room so not much chance of changing rooms.
